Sikh Helpline 0845 644 0704

The 'Sikh Helpline' is a confidential telephone counseling and email inquiry service where you can get help and obtain information on Sikhism and cultural issues. It is run by trained people who are conversant in both English and Punjabi.

* Issues regarding Sikhism (the "5 K's") * Bullying and Racism * Depression * Abuse * Addictions (smoking / drinking) * Problems at school or problems at home

Kaurageous

KAURAGEOUS has been launched to unite ALL Sikh woman (whether your Amrit thari or not) to bring together thoughts, ideas, discussions, raising spiritual awareness and to highlight issues within society as being a Sikh woman today.

Kaurageous is about supporting one another and maintaining sisterhood. By raising the awareness of Sikhi all sisters can take away the jewels of the principles and values taught within Sikhi.

Sikh Naujawan Academy

The SNA is a group of volunteers, young and old, who arrange activities and facilties to support young Sikhs in the UK/Birmingham. The SNA also provides support and help for troubled youngsters who need help.

The SNA recognises the needs and problems that face the Sikh community, especially the youth. A lack of support and facilities means that there is a need for Youth Services

SACA

Every year a children's charity is selected as the ride's beneficiary. Over the last 22 years the ride has raised in excess of £300,000 in aid of different children’s charity groups. Previous beneficiaries include Barnado's, NSPCC, Capital FM's 'Help a London Child Appeal', Ealing Hospitals 'Playground in the Sky Appeal', Contact a Family, dEBra, Down Syndrome Research Foundation, Scope, Whizz Kidz, SCOPE, Richard House and Children with Leukeamia.
